White Water Rafting in Wisconsin

The Peshtigo River, just 20 miles northwest of Crivitz, offers the most challenging, exciting whitewater rafting in the entire Midwest. People of all ages from countries around the world have discovered the thrill, beauty and wildlife that the Peshtigo has to offer.

The 5 mile trip on the famous "Roaring Rapids" section of the Peshtigo. one of the longest stretches of continuous whitewater rapids, ranges from crashing whitewater to gentle stretches that allow you to catch your breath and enjoy the spectacular scenery and wildlife of the area.

In the late 1800's loggers used the river to float their huge pine logs to mills down river. Spring and early summer provides class III and IV rapids. If you prefer a milder ride, late spring and summer is a great time to raft to experience more moderate flows for first time rafters, and families.
